Fixing the Character Missing Issue in Diablo Immortal:-
When there is account syncing due to platform changes, the Character Missing issue in Diablo Immortal occurs. Players' characters are missing when they try to enter the game on a PC after creating an account on a mobile device, and vice versa. There should be no big issues if you have correctly synced your account with Battle.net. All you have to do now is select the Server from the other device where you created your characters. Check the list of servers to see whether your characters are on any of them. This should resolve the issue with Diablo Immortal's missing characters.

However, there will be issues if you have not created an account, i.e. if you have played as a Guest. All of your progress is tied to that Guest account, and if you create a Battle.net account, you will lose all of your progress and characters. There is nothing that can be done if this has occurred. So make sure you have a valid Battle.net account so you can at least save your data to Cloud. This should be done before creating any new characters. The problem appears to be a malfunction that will be resolved in the near future; in the meantime, double-check your Account Sync.
This was all about resolving the Diablo Immortal Character Missing bug. This guide should have been beneficial to you.
